Abstract
This session will equip Wraparound Care Providers with the knowledge and strategies needed to expand their organisations from a single setting to multiple settings. I will share my journey and the lessons learnt and focus on how we grew sustainably whilst maintaining the vision, values and quality across a multisite with a large remote team.

Biography
Sam Thomson is a co-director of Be More - a training, mentoring and consultancy organisation working with Local Authorities and providers to be more sustainable, confident, happy and profitable.
Sam started her working career as a primary school teacher before setting up a successful Wraparound Care company based in Brighton and Hove, which grew to be one of the largest providers in the country and at the time had the highest number of Ofsted outstandings of any multisite organisation. The company was sold in 2019, since then Sam has been working with various organisations mentoring, training and consultancy with a focus on teams, positive workplace culture and business support.
