The Out-of-School Club Awards or OSCAs: Celebrating all that is brilliant about our sector.
The Out-of-School Club Awards
The Out-of-School Club Awards, or OSCAs as we like to call them have been created to recognise the absolute brilliance of this sector.
The OSCAs Awards Ceremony is taking place on Saturday 12th October at Novotel London West.
Join us for an evening of celebration. It’s just £55 (plus VAT) per person, including nibbles, drinks, music and entertainment.
And remember, if you add OSCAs onto your conference booking, it is only £35 per person.
Introducing Cherry Bomb!
Our entertainment will be led by Cherry Bomb.
Hailing from the Emerald Isle, Cherry Bomb cut her teeth on the Brighton scene as the bombshell Irish beauty with a heart of gold and a taste for diamonds.
She has graced the stage of venues across the country. And we are delighted she will will be joining us with her sultry soul to floor fillers!
This leggy lady will have you up dancing, singing and laughing along with her unique blend of cabaret, comedy & good old Irish charm.
She has the stars in her sights with a ladder in her tights.
I’m not coming to the conference, can I attend the OSCAs?
Yes! Although we would love to welcome you at the Club Central Conference, you are very welcome to attend the OSCAs only (and in fact, many people do).
Is the ceremony only relevant to people who have been shortlisted?
No. The celebration is for everyone. We price this so that everyone can attend. There is not a better value night out in London. The aim is to make a create a party atmosphere and everyone is invited!
What are the timings?
Conference closes at 5.30pm. We then have an hours break for delegates to get a bite to eat and to get changed if they wish.
We reconvene at 6.30pm for a drinks reception. The entertainment will start at 7.30pm followed by the awards ceremony. Entertainment and disco will continue until 10.30pm.
Is food included?
We want to keep the cost affordable for everyone, so rather than a formal sit down meal, we will have canapes. This will not be a meal. Please use the time before the OSCAs to eat.
Are drinks included?
Yes. Drinks are included. Beer, wine, soft drinks and some spirits will all be available to you.
Is the conference right for me?
We think so! If you have entered the OSCAs then you work in Out-of-School and that makes us think that the conference will be right for you. The speaker programme has been curated to help out-of-school providers understand the impact of Government investment, delegates will not only be the first to hear what impact the Labour Party policy of Breakfast Clubs but also will learn from track sessions covering managing team, managing business and managing delivery.
