Biography

Caroline Hearn is a Specialist Adviser for Ofsted’s early years regulatory policy. Caroline works closely with the Department for Education on early years policy development and has 25 years’ experience of inspecting early years provision.

Glen Jump is the Childcare Reform project manager at Ofsted. Glen has considerable knowledge of early years policy matters and works closely with the department of education on policy development. Glen’s work covers areas of policy which supports the wraparound and out-of-schools sector, such as Childcare Register regulation, inspection and childcare registration exemptions.
