Why are we talking about sustainability?
At this year's Club Central conference, we can’t wait to explore the opportunities and challenges facing those working in the out-of-school and wraparound care, whether you are a provider or in a Local Authority/MAT.
We want to know how you feel about the National Wraparound Childcare Programme and its ambition for every school to provide before and after school clubs between 8am and 6pm, so that every working parent can access childcare for school-aged children.
Are you ready to take advantage of this two-year programme investing £289million into the sector from September 2024? And how do you plan to manage sustainable provision once the funding ends in 2026?
Growth, profitability and sustainability
The Club Central conference was designed to help with these and many more questions facing our sector today. Our business focus sessions will equip you with new ideas to increase income and improve efficiency, which in turn feeds sustainability.
Need more children or more staff? Want to connect with HAF or looking to fill Holiday Club places? Don’t know where to start with technology or improving processes? You can tackle these and many more questions through three conference tracks, depending on the role you play within your organisation:
Managing Team (for leaders and managers)
Managing Business (for business owners and senior management)
Managing Delivery (for those who work directly with children)
The Club Central conference is also an opportunity to connect with people who influence policy. The speakers, sponsors and exhibitors will be offering tools and strategies aimed at Creating Sustainable Futures for the out-of-school sector:
You can see reflections for last year’s event and we hope to deliver another fantastic conference and OSCAs awards this October 12th in London.
